Underwhelming Parisian Stay
downgraded room lack of respect
The location was acceptable, granting easy access to nearby boulangeries.
I booked a room months in advance for my honeymoon, but they downgraded me less than 24 hours before arrival. The inferior room really set the tone for a honeymoon, didn't it? I feel the hotel needs to learn a lot about respect, especially when guests book early for special occasions. I was very disappointed because I didn't stay one night in the room I chose.

unresponsive staff poor water pressure
i was really annoyed that the room's heating was just stuck. i mean, nineteen degrees and you can't change it? i asked the front desk three times, and nothing happened. the water pressure was also terrible, so my partner was freezing after the shower. also, they were cleaning the rooms at noon, yet we couldn't even get into our room until 2:30 pm, even though check-in is at 3 pm. it was a mess. they didn't even apologize when i had to go get my bags myself.

Heavenly Eiffel Views and Perfect Service
eiffel tower view breakfast selection friendly staff
I marveled at the Eiffel Tower view from the balcony. It was fine. Breakfast had a world-class selection of items. The staff were friendly.

Eiffel Tower Views and Warm Service
birthday balloons rainfall shower comfortable bed safe location
The staff were cute and they decorated the room with birthday balloons at my partner's request. The room decor was beautiful and the rainfall shower worked very well. The bed was comfortable and I had restful sleeps. The location is safe and quietsteps away from the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.
The immediate area around the building is not full of restaurants.

The room was well-kept and clean. It included a steamer to iron clothes plus temperature control that worked well. The rainfall shower offered a relaxing experience after long days.

The reception was beautifully decorated and had an very nice scent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of pastries I found very fresh. Access to nearby bus and metro stations was quick.
